30-Day Happy Customer Guarantee
We offer a 30-Day Happy Customer Guarantee on all eyewear purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your glasses within 30 days of receipt, we will remake them at no additional cost or issue a full refund—no questions asked.
1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
All of our glasses and lenses are covered under a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty includes:

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Issues such as peeling coatings, defective hinges, or misaligned frames due to production faults.
What’s Not Covered:

Accidental or physical damage, such as sitting, stepping on, dropping, or other misuse.

Loss or theft of eyewear.

Damage from improper cleaning or storage.
Lost or Broken Glasses Policy (First 6 Months)
We understand accidents happen. If you lose or break your glasses within the first 6 months of purchase, you are eligible for a replacement pair at 50% off the original purchase price.
Please note: This offer can only be used once per original purchase and applies only to the same model and prescription as the original order.
How to Make a Warranty or Refund Claim
